Account and Data Deletion for DayTrack

This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your account and associated data from the DayTrack application, provided by Gamazeba Studio.

How to Request Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please follow this simple step:

Step 1: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request for DayTrack". Please send the email from the address associated with your DayTrack account (if you used Google Sign-In) to help us verify your identity.

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification of your request, we will permanently delete the following personal data associated with your account:

Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture URL.
Your Groups: All groups you have created. Important: Deleting a group you created will also permanently delete all its expenses and data for all members of that group.
Your Expenses: All expenses and transactions you have created in any group.
Your Memberships: Your connection to any groups you have joined.

What Data May Be Retained

Some non-personal, anonymized usage data collected by Firebase Analytics for analytical purposes (e.g., feature usage statistics) may be retained. This data is not linked to your personal account and cannot be used to identify you.
