Terms of Service for DayTrack

Welcome to DayTrack! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Country Tracker application and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Gamazeba Studio ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You can register using your Google account or as a guest. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any data, text, information, and other content that you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Premium Services and Payments

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis ("Premium Services"). By subscribing to Premium Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• Billing: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) to bill you. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processors.
• Subscriptions: Premium Services are billed on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the respective app store. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive to the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamazeba Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
